Solar Heating Systems: What are they?

Solar heat is environmentally friendly, and it is also very cost effective;  it does not produce greenhouse gases.  If you have any kind of allergy problems or problems with chemicals then it is the best choice.

Now, what is the solar heating? When the sun’s rays or radiation hit the solar panels, a heat transfer fluid flowing through them carry the collected heat energy to a hot water tank or any radiators that are used in house.

2 Panel Deluxe Solar Heating System

This system is used to increase swimming pool water temperature by up to 15º. When you use it with a solar blanket, this will be the all heat that you will need. This system is very easy to install and last for long time. The 2'x 20’ solar panels of these systems are very efficient and are made of a lightweight, very long-.lasting polyolefin, which collects the sun’s heat efficiently. The solar panels connect with each other easily and if more panels are needed they can be added at any time in the future.

In-Ground Pool Solar Heating System

The system is 4' x 20'.It comes with a 5-year warranty and you can install easily yourself.

Solar Cooker

With the increasing concerns of global warming, and domestic fuel becoming expensive solar cookers have grown immensely in popularity. A solar cooker is a big box  painted black, inside which utensils are kept, they too are painted black. Raw food items are kept in the utensils and then the cooker is kept in open. The mirror present on solar cooker is adjusted such that it reflects maximum sunlight in the box. There have been several modifications over this simple model, such as use of parabolic reflectors instead of a plane mirror.

A parabolic reflector is capable of concentrating energy over a specific area, and thereby can generate temperatures as high as 600 degree Celsius. Another modification made is use of auto adjustments in the cooker. Nowadays the reflector panel of the cooker can automatically focus itself where is faces maximum light.
